Anti-Bias Curriculum Workshop: Perspectives for a Diverse America

The Center for Civil and Human Rights has partnered with Teaching Tolerance to run a workshop from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (registraton begins at 8:30 AM) at The Center. PDA is a literacy-based, anti-bias, social justice curriculum that is aligned to the Common Core Language Arts and Literacy standards - and to the groundbreaking Teaching Tolerance Anti-bias Framework (ABF). Its web-based module design allows for maximum customization and differentiation. The workshop will include resource kits including texts, intructional strategies, assessment tasks, tools and tips, guides, DVDs, and more. This workship is free with RSVP.
